brennenstuhl Extension Cable

Siemens vibrating point level switch for bulk solids. This switch is used for the detection of high and low-levels in bulk solids and dusty powders including cement, lime, and flour. The vibrating fork sensors operate by oscillating two forks at their natural frequency in air. When submerged in a medium, the frequency changes and triggers a response from the level switch. These vibrating point level switches have many advantages including minimal maintenance and installation requirements. Also, they do not need calibration on commissioning.

Note:
Angle mounting should only be used with flowing materials
The user will need protection where a level switch could be subject to high material loads
