Ideally suited to your rough vacuum applications, the Agilent 531 Thermocouple Gauge Tube measures total pressures in the 1 x 10-3 torr to 2 torr absolute range. The 531 exhibits rapid response to pressure changes and is unaffected by mounting orientation.
